Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Servicios de Marketing, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Suspension and Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or if we cease to operate the Site. On termination, all rights granted to you under these terms shall cease.

Events Outside Our Control 

We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Severance, Waiver and Entire Agreement

  • Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If any provision is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No failure or delay by us to exercise any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.

Governing Law 

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. You and we agree that the courts of Costa Rica will have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters pertaining to these terms.
